Mon 5.24 Song+Word=REFUGE
He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. He will cover you with his feathers, and under His wings you will find REFUGE; His faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday. "Because he loves ME," says the LORD, "I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges MY name. He will call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.
With long life will I satisfy him and show him MY salvation."
Psalm 91...From God's mouth to our hearts. Imagine...imagine if we truly allow him to be our Refuge He will SATISFY us. Think of it..being free from longings that leave you empty because you were fully satisfied by the Spirit and Presence of God.
Our United World Mission/France Mission church plant is prophetically called The church at La Brie, a play on l'Abri...French for Refuge or Shelter.

Sunday May 16 - Song 3 - Forgive
Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to his neighbor, for we are all members of one body. 26"In your anger do not sin"[d]: Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, 27and do not give the devil a foothold.
29Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.
There is nothing that cannot be forgiven and no wound that He cannot Heal! Our sermon today wrecked me. Words, true and untrue, have hurt me more than anything else this year. Old wounds and new. But I am so grateful that His words over me are tender, He rejoices over me with singing, and He knows my true name and will utter it to me on the day that we stand face to face.
